Among other things, it has committed itself to respecting a code of conduct, training regularly on market developments, including regulatory changes, disclosure of criminal records and proof of professional liability insurance.

It does not cash any funds online, all funds are payable to the financial partner or insurer. It also complies with the anti-money-laundering directives and systematically declares the origin of funds.

The Financial Investment Advisor (CIF) is approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and its time is paid in consultancy fees, determined in advance in agreement with the client.

The Wealth Advisor is also a Financial Steward and, as such, receives commissions from the financial partners or insurers.

In order to exercise its various activities, SAS Libeccio Conseil benefits from the various necessary approvals granted by the AMF and registered in the ORIAS register under number 17003639 dated June 23, 2017.

We adheres to two following professional association, la Compagnie CIF, recorded with the number F000503 and CNCEF Assurance under number 25/860452.
